At this point we probably don't have to tell you who Larry Nassar is other than he is a monster who has been convicted of sexually abusing over 150 young women over the course of two decades (as far as we know).
Nassar was an athletic trainer who worked with elite gymnasts not only in Lansing, Michigan and at Michigan State University but also with USAG for Team USA Olympic gymnasts.
Over the course of seven days, countless victims came forward to give their testimonies in order for Judge Rosemarie Aquilina to rule a proper sentence.
Aquilina first made sure that each woman had the opportunity to say what they needed, she supported them, and made damn sure that Nassar knew that nobody in their right mind was on his side.
If he didn't already know that then, he sure does now as he will be in prison for 175 years.
"I just signed your death warrant," Aquilina boldy stated.
This all has been such an important case and topic and it is just the tip of the iceberg. Just yesterday, the president of Michigan State University, after many calling for her resignation, finally obliged.
We can now all only hope that whoever was involved in this abuse and its cover-up get what they've got coming to them as well.
