I'm always really impressed by videos like this.  Their concept is extremely simple, yet the execution is quite a commitment.  This father and son took two pictures of themselves every day for a full year, each time in the same spot with the same pose.  When the video starts, the baby appears to be just days old and dad has a little scruff on his face.  Obviously over the course of the video, baby grows up.  Dad has a change of his own as well, because he apparently stopped shaving right around the time his son was born!  The time lapse is great!
